Recently much attention has been focused on news of an indictment returned in the state of Texas involving the company Aircraft Guaranty Corporation and its sister company Wright Brothers Aircraft Title. The indictment additionally cites a Delaware-registered company operated under the name “Jetnet LLC.” Please be assured that there is absolutely no affiliation between our New York-registered company, JETNET LLC, and the aforementioned “Jetnet LLC” cited in the indictment. Never have Aircraft Guaranty Corporation, Wright Brothers Aircraft Title or its ownership been subscribers to JETNET or in any way collaborated with our organization or its ownership, nor have we ever traded in aircraft.
