Piper names new CFO, board members

Piper Aircraft has announced the appointment of three new executives in the wake of the company's purchase by Imprimis, an investment firm backed by the Brunei Darussalam Ministry of Finance. The company named W. David Wilson, an executive with experience at major U.S. companies, as its new chief financial officer. Additions to the company's board of directors include former Qantas Airlines executive John Borghetti and aviation innovator Michael Kolowich.
