JETNET, a smart platform where you can get information about general and commercial aviation market around the world, shared this: A little over halfway through 2020, JETNET, still standing, although the situation seems complicated, the leaders of the aviation industry are fighting for solutions without losing hope, because the challenges they present are difficult, but also the opportunities are multiple to reinvent the business aviation industry. With initiative and collaboration some leaders seek to guide global efforts, targeting leaders from the southern market; Brazil, Australia, South Africa and Argentina to offer ideas that will help to recognize how and when this industry will recover. Shelley Svoren, Vice President of the International Aviation Women's Association (IAWA) responds to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and how IAWA continues promoting women in aviation worldwide. IAWA is listening, responding and expanding the number of events by developing new partnerships and global commitment to these events: • Scholarships with universities focused on aviation. -France -UK -U.S -Netherlands; and Technological University of Panama IAWA awarded 65 scholarships totaling nearly $ 300,000 • Tutoring and internship: technology to deepen the Connections with members and those seeking mentors in industries. They work with their sponsors to provide invaluable experiences. • Webinars and virtual networks • Conferences and forums: with the Aerospace and Defense Leadership Forum in ERAU. IAWA enables women around the world to share, develop and strengthen their leadership experiences, not only that, but also support those affected by the pandemic. The collective activities of companies where leadership roles are inspiring to the needs of the world: • Manufacture over 15,000 fans as part of the UK Fan Challenge. • Manufacture and deliver millions of personal protective equipment and masks for healthcare workers • Partner and donate millions of dollars to help the organization support food insecurity and technology-deficient families and to deliver COVID-19 equipment testing worldwide • Processing of over 100,000 SBA PPP loans for small businesses in the US. The aeronautical industry are always the first to respond and help as they can, whether it be to take patients to an oncology center or to transport food, medicine and emergency supplies, etc. There is a biologically stunning and beautiful place on Earth is South Africa, but unfortunately today it is among the most affected by COVID-19, in most cases, residents do not own the land that their basic accommodations are built with access Limited to water, indoor plumbing, electricity, refrigeration, food, and medicine. Kimberly Perkins, IAWA member, corporate jet pilot, and founder of Aviation for Humanity (www.AviationForHumanity.org) supports the traveling public to bring school supplies to children in underfunded schools, shelters and orphanages worldwide. Also an FBO organization seeks to raise awareness and touch your heart a little to encourage readers and to meet these generous people, know their organizations to offer their assistance and support to those who need it most to change the world. The broken wings of the industry can be rebuilt, the V-shaped recovery seems unrealistic profound changes affecting air travel in the foreseeable future to strengthen, does not give up. JETNET is looking for opportunities to help South Africans to manage COVID-19, looking to rebuild their broken wings, to fly. To help this company with this situation and have more information in the coming weeks stay informed with JETNET iQ PULSE.
